What an incredible first day at RESE25! It’s been inspiring, informative, and packed with practical tools we can use not just in business, but in all facets of life. The energy, insights, and innovation shared across the sessions have been outstanding. Here are my top takeaways:

  • History matters, but it doesn’t shape the future.
You have all the systems, support, and resources to make your vision for the future possible at Coronis.

Know your vision and be clear about what it is.
Then set up your day, week, month, and year to pursue it. It doesn’t matter if it’s trekking unsupported through Antarctica or setting a performance goal. Be clear, set your mind to it, and you can achieve it. It isn’t about talent, it’s about grit and continuing to push through what’s uncomfortable.

As long as you’ve done the right thing by people, the rest doesn’t really matter.
There will be moments when it feels like the end of the world – but it isn’t. Which brings me to my next point…

Some people would do anything to have your bad day.
    Perspective is a powerful thing.

One chose his challenges and survived, one survived his challenges

So, with today now over, I encourage you to do what Michael Crossland suggests: text a friend.

“I care about you, I love you, thanks for being a great friend.”

Looking forward to celebrating our award wins tonight and coming back for another outstanding day tomorrow.
